REFUND, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Returns and Exchanges- If you would like to return an item for exchange or refund, we are happy to accommodate you within 30 days of the invoice date. All items must be unused, with all parts in original packaging. Include a copy on your original invoice.
For returns and exchanges, you must obtain approval via email: sales@invisciddesign.com. Your email must include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return. Please send your returns and exchanges to: Inviscid Design Inc. (ATTN:returns) 3231 Cadden Ct. San Diego CA 92117
Cancellations- Orders are normally processed within 1-24 hours and shipped within 48 hours(exluding weekends)after you submit the order to us. If you need to change or cancel an order after you have submitted it, you will need to call or email as soon as possible to determine if it has been processed yet.
Errors- If you feel Inviscid Design has made an error with your order, please contact us via phone or email at sales@invisciddesign.com with your name, phone number, order number, and a brief description of the error. We will contact you immediately to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
Terms- It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping cost and fully insure the shipment. There is a 20% re-stocking fee if your item shows signs of use or is missing the original manufacturers packaging, labels or tags.
Damaged Merchandise- All products have been inspected twice before packing, and professionally packed for shipping. If upon receipt of your shipment you find the product may be damaged, do not accept or sign for the package. If you receive a shipment you believe is damaged in any way you must: 1.)Save all original packaging so a claim can be made with the carrier. 2.)Take pictures of the damage and email sales@invisciddesign.com or mail photos within 3 business days.
Typographical Errors- In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Inviscid Design Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Inviscid Design Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
